As a result of completing TPI, I have become a better mentor, grown more confident, and gained access to knowledge and tools for bettering my firm. I learned a lot about myself—both as a person and as a leader. The one-on-one coaching with Karen and Patrick was great. I was guided through taking an introspective look at my strengths and weaknesses and was provided with tools to help me become the effective leader that my firm and team members need.

For me, some of the best parts of TPI were the collaboration and networking opportunities. It was fantastic to work side-by-side with my peers in the class. I was really surprised by how close I grew with the other members of my TPI group. Since completing the program, I have utilized many of my TPI connections as resources to help me work through different issues.
