Amber serves as the Financial Manager at The Growth Partnership, where she is excited to partner with the team to streamline processes, support strategic growth, and contribute to the organization’s continued success. She brings a diverse professional background spanning business ownership, operations, project management, finance, and client relations across industries including construction, retail, broadcasting, and fashion.  

Prior to joining TGP, Amber spent eight years in the roofing industry, supporting both the operational and financial sides of the business. Earlier in her career, she built and managed her own retail business from the ground up, overseeing all aspects of daily operations, business development, and customer engagement. Her varied experience has fostered a deep appreciation for how the many moving pieces of an organization come together to drive success, and she enjoys helping businesses work more efficiently and effectively. 

With over a decade of experience in marketing, training, and professional coaching, Amanda is devoted to helping accounting firms establish best practices for marketing and learning development. Providing internal training for the clients she serves and as a frequent speaker for industry association conferences, Amanda receives consistent high-marks as a presenter. She offers useful tools in an entertaining and motivating fashion, helping her audiences to tune in and turn on.
