Amy Fisher Bruey is an ICF-certified leadership development professional with over a decade of progressive experience designing, facilitating, and managing impactful learning programs for global workforces. She is passionate about positive leadership and its potential to fuel innovation, drawing on human-centered design, experiential learning theory, and principles of adult education to create transformative in-person and virtual learning journeys.
Always prioritizing fun and human connection, Amy has led the design and delivery of over 50 high-impact leadership development workshops and training programs, alongside 30+ retreats for diverse global clientele including USAID, the Department of State, and international NGOs. She has also facilitated leadership curriculum for managers from large corporations like Discover, Deluxe, and John Deere, and provided over 500 hours of strategic coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders and organizations.
Amy holds a Master of Arts in International Education from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish & Communications from John Carroll University. She is also an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. Committed to community engagement, Amy serves as a Board Member for Learning Life and has previously contributed to the boards of Story District and Dageno School for Girls in Keratu, Tanzania. She believes that thoughtful design and compassionate facilitation are key to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their fullest potential.
