Joel Davis has a rich and diverse background of real-world experience and in-classroom experience as a facilitator. After earning his bachelor’s degree in finance from Ball State University, Joel worked directly for Indianapolis business mogul and former Director of the National Economic Business Council, Al Hubbard, as an Assistant Director of Financial Operations. Joel went on to a successful career in sales within the medical device industry, spending seven years in the field and leading sales teams. Joel then spent three years as Director of Sales Training and Development for a $200 million division of a $1 billion medical device company, supporting over 100 in-field sales professionals and ten director level sales managers.

Joel became a registered mediator in both Indiana and Ohio in 2019, supporting families through the delicate and complex process of divorce, as well as facilitating workplace mediations and conflict resolution. Joel has spent the last five years specializing in leadership development/effectiveness and behavioral profiling for businesses and organizations; aligning the right people to the right roles and helping teams work together more effectively. Joel is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach (EQ-i 2.0), a graduate of Erickson College’s Art and Science of Coaching Program (Vancouver, B.C.), a Predictive Index Behavioral Profiling Specialist, and a certified facilitator in Customer Focused Selling Workshops.
