Floyd Carlson brings over 30 years of leadership experience across high-tech, operations, military, manufacturing, and sales. He has held a range of leadership roles—including Corporate Sales Executive, Director of Sales Operations, Senior Manager of Technical Services, and Management Information Officer—and spent 14 years leading Sales Operations, technical service teams, and key accounts across European markets for a Fortune 500 company. An International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with Brain-Based Coaching Certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute, Floyd is also a published author of Conscious Leadership in Action.
Floyd specializes in building effective teams, strengthening relationships, and developing leaders. Using brain-based coaching techniques, he helps clients translate insight into action by setting clear, motivating goals, and building practical strategies that drive measurable results. His coaching has helped leaders advance into executive roles, increase confidence and visibility, and create meaningful impact within their organizations. He is also skilled in workshop design and facilitation, helping teams align, collaborate, and perform at a higher level.
