Classroom Instruction
TPI offers participants a robust, in-classroom curriculum led by facilitators who are experts in their particular topic and have a deep pedigree within the accounting profession. Courses are designed to promote a high level of participant interaction.

One-On-One Coaching
Each participant will work closely with their individual performance coach for the duration of the program. The coach will help maintain accountability from the participant as they are asked to bring their learning out of the classroom and back into their respective firms.

Each piece of the TPI curriculum has been designed and developed around the adult learner, and further enhanced to be relevant to today’s public accountant. Peer Network Development & Best Practices Forums
TPI graduates all reference the network of peers that they develop across the three-year experience as one of the biggest benefits of the program. Additionally, we have three unique points within the curriculum where participants are exposed to best-practices from around the profession which can then be adopted within their own firms.

Web-based Learning
In addition to classroom instruction, TPI participants also attend a series of six web-based presentations that cover timely topics related to the recently completed or upcoming classroom topics.

Sponsor/Coach Checkpoints
On a periodic basis, the TPI coach will connect with the participant’s firm sponsor to provide feedback on the student’s progress throughout the program. Additionally, the coach will interact with the participant’s sponsor in advance of the initial session to identify specific things the firm would like the participant to focus on over the course of their TPI experience.
